We offer general service, chemical flushing, pressure testing, top-up gas, spare part replacement, new set aircon replacement or second hand aircon replacement and checking of air conditioner.

General Service of air conditioner is needed to keep your air conditioner equipment working in its best condition like breathe fresher, save energy and extend the life span of your units with regular servicing.

Your lungs will breathe in the dirt that has accumulated in your air conditioner. Regular cleaning of your air conditioner can prevent health issues for you and your family.

If your air conditioner has been working for years without proper maintenance, then its time for you to have your equipment to go for an overhaul or better known as Chemical Service. Air conditioning chemical overhaul is required for systems to function correctly.

Pressure Test of air conditioner will find out air con system or piping gas leaking. testing need 3 days work and not allowed to used in this 3 days.

If any further job required after pressure testing result would have additional quote and charge.

(Eg. revacuum system, repurging system, recharging system and refill refrigerant gas, rerun aircon piping, aircon installation/replacement and so on. )

R22 Gas (Non-inverter) : $120 – $150 /psig (depend on top up gas level)

R410 Gas (Inverter) : $150 – $180 /psig (depend on top up gas level)

We provide spare part replacement for all air conditioner brand, like Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial, Panasonic, Daikin, Samsung, Toshiba, Carries and more.

Remark(s): No warranty for all spare part replacement

We provide new set air conditioner replacement or second hand air conditioner replacement for customer whose need to replace air conditioner.

For replace air conditioner, we will use back existing drain pipe, piping, power supply and wiring. It will not be warranty by us but air conditioner is still warranty by agents.

We will suggest do a pressure testing for your existing piping before replace air conditioner.

We also provide free site survey for you.

We provide to do a checking for all air conditioner problem. We will charge a labour and transport fee of $60 – $80.
